Joenos GOAT (Gäroptimierte, Alkoholreiche Turbohefe) für Weine mit hohem Alkoholgehalt (bis zu 16 % vol.).

Anwendung:
In der 10-fachen Wassermenge (ca. 35°C) 20 Minuten quellen lassen. Gründlich mit dem übrigen Most mischen. Darauf achten, dass Hefeansatz und Most nicht mehr als 5°C Temperaturunterschied haben.

Dosage:
10g pro 10 - 20 Liter Maische. Auf weitere Zugabe von Vitamin B1 und Hefenähransatz/-salz verzichten.
